Pohuwato – Dalam rangka mewujudkan kualitas layanan yang baik bagi Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP), Lapas Pohuwato buka Pos Layanan Informasi dan Konsultasi khusus WBP.
Bertempat di Halte Pembinaan dan Keamanan Lapas Pohuwato, Staff Registrasi melayani WBP yang membutuhkan informasi terkait hak-hak dan keluhan dari WBP.
Kalapas Pohuwato, Irman Jaya mengatakan Pos Layanan ini WBP berhak untuk menyampaikan kebutuhan dan mendapatkan informasi hak-hak dan kewajiban WBP.
“Adapun layanan informasi yang diberikan kepada WBP adalah tentang berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan program pembinaan kemandirian maupun kepribadian, pelayanan, hak dan penjelasan kewajiban.” Ujar Kalapas, Rabu (02/03/2022).
Dengan diterbitkannya Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM R.I. Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 perubahan kedua atas Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan HAM R.I. Nomor 3 tahun 2018 tentang Syarat dan Tata Cara Pemberian Asimilasi, CMK, PB, CB dan CMB maka diwajibkan semua WBP mengikuti pembinaan yang diprogramkan, dibuktikan oleh Wali Pemasyarakatan melalui Sistem Penilaian Pembinaan Narapidana (SPPN).
