Amurang – Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan melalui Dinas Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan BPJS Kesehatan melakukan turun lapangan di 17 kecamatan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mempermudah pengurusan kartu BPJS.
Kepala BPJS Kesehatan Amurang Ferry Frits Toar mengatakan pihaknya akan membantu masyarakat dalam pembuatan BPJS kesehatan bekerja sama dengan pemerintah.
“Program ini atas kerja sama dengan pemerintah melaui Dinas Kesehatan Minsel dan Bank Mandiri. Pelayanan jemput bola bagi masyarakat ini untuk mempermudah dalam pengurusan kartu Peserta JKN/BPJS Kesehatan,” ujar Toar.
Ini beberapa program dari BPJS, Dinkes dan Bank mandiri.
Pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan :
1. Pendaftaran baru Peserta Mandiri JKN/BPJS Kesehatan.
2. Peralihan dari Jamkesda menjadi Peserta Mandiri JKN/BPJS Kesehatan.
3. Proses turun kelas Peserta Mandiri JKN/BPJS Kesehatan.
4. Pencetakan kartu Peserta JKN/BPJS Kesehatan.
Persyaratan : Foto copy Kartu Keluarga/KTP, Nomor Rekening Tabungan, Kartu KIS dan mengisi formulir sesuai ketentuan.
Pelayanan Bank Mandiri :
1. Pembuatan rekening tabungan Bank Mandiri
2. Pendaftaran auto debet Bank Mandiri.
Persyaratan : Foto copy Kartu Keluarga/KTP, Kartu KIS, Meterai Rp. 6.000, dana awal pembukaan rekening dan auto debet serta mengisi formulir sesuai ketentuan.
