Sulut – BKKBN Sulawesi Utara melaksanakan pelayanan KB Bergerak di daerah terpencil,Perbatasan, dan Kepulauan (DTPK) di Desa Tontulow, Kecamatan Pinogaluman, Bolmong Utara, berbatasan dengan Kecamatan Atinggola, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, Provinsi Gorontalo.
Plt Kepala BKKBN Sulut Drs Sugiyatna MM, mengatakan Pelayanan KB Bergerak adalah salah satu upaya BKKBN untuk lebih memaksimalkan program KB. Apalagi kegiatan ini juga mendapat suport oleh BKKBN Gorontalo.
“Di sisi lain, wilayah DTPK juga masih tergolong tinggi pasangan usia subur yang belum ingin punya anak tapi bukan peserta KB aktif,” jelasnya.
Dikatakan Sugiyatna, Pelayanan KB Bergerak kali ini merupakan bagian peringatan Hari Kontrasepsi Sedunia 2019. Total ada 118 akseptor menerima layanan Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) tersebut.
“Luar biasa kolaborasi kolaborasi BKKBN Sulut dan BKKBN Gorontalo yang sudah menjabarkan visi misi pemerintah pusat hingga ke wilayah perbatasan,” sebut Camat Pinogaluman Irawati Mooduto SPd.
