Amurang – Bupati Minahasa Selatan Franky Wongkar meluncurkan inovasi perizinan keliling Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Perizinan Satu Pintu (PMPTS). Launching inovasi layanan publik di bidang perizinan itu berlangsung di Balai Desa Paslaten Kecamatan Tatapaan, Selasa (13/09) siang tadi.
Pelaksanaan program inovasi yang berbasis tata laksana pemerintahan yang prima itu akan digelar di 17 Kecamatan secara bergiliran.
Bupati FDW dalam sambutannya menyambut baik inovasi layanan perizinan yang diprakarsai DPMPTS Kabupaten Minsel. Bupati menyebutkan kehadiran layanan perizinan keliling kian mempermudah proses pengurusan izin bagi masyarakat termasuk pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM).
Selain untuk memudahkan proses penerbitan izin, program ini juga menurut Bupati sebagai bagian dari upaya pemkab Minsel dalam mendekatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Usai meluncurkan program perizinan keliling, Bupati FDW juga menyerahkan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi sejumlah pelaku usaha mikro kecil perseorangan.
Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) penting dimiliki setiap UMKM sebagai legalitas atau perlindungan hukum untuk suatu yang produk yang dimiliki pelaku UMKM itu sendiri.
Selain itu, dengan telah memiliki NIB akan mempermudah UMKM dalam memdapatkan pembinaan dari instansi terkait mengingat usahanya tersebut sudah terdata.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas DPMPTSP Kabupaten Minsel mengatakan perluncuran layanan izin keliling berbasis OSS itu mendapat sambutan hangat masyarakat.
“Antusias masyarakat begitu tinggi. Kami awalnya hanya menargetkan 110 pelaku usaha, tapi ternyata membludak sampai 200 yang kami proses dokumen pengajuan izinnya,” ungkapnya.(Onal)
