Deprov-Setelah tertunda sejak periode sebelumnya, dua Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) yang menyangkut sektor penting akhirnya rampung dibahas oleh Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo.
Dua regulasi tersebut adalah Ranperda tentang Kearsipan dan Ranperda Penyelenggaraan Kesehatan Daerah—dua bidang yang bersinggungan langsung dengan layanan publik dan tata kelola pemerintahan.
Ketua Bapemperda, Syaifudin Bano, menyampaikan capaian ini usai rapat pembahasan terakhir pada Senin (5/5/2025).
“Alhamdulillah, tadi kita sudah tuntaskan dua ranperda yang merupakan luncuran keanggotaan periode sebelumnya,” ujarnya optimistis.
Menurut Syaifudin, pembahasan telah melewati sejumlah tahapan, termasuk perbaikan berdasarkan masukan dari Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Selanjutnya, hasil pembahasan akan diserahkan ke pimpinan DPRD untuk dijadwalkan dalam rapat paripurna.
“Terkait catatan-catatan yang harus dibenahi maupun penyesuaian regulasi, kita sudah selesaikan semuanya,” tambahnya.
Ia memastikan seluruh proses telah sesuai dengan kaidah legislasi, mulai dari sinkronisasi aturan hingga aspek legalitas substansi. ***
