Gorontalo-Panitia Khusus (Pansus) Sawit DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo menggelar rapat kerja membahas evaluasi data dan rencana kunjungan kerja klarifikasi lapangan terkait permasalahan perkebunan sawit di Gorontalo. Rapat berlangsung di ruang rapat Inogaluman Deprov Gorontalo, Senin (5/5/2025).
Anggota Pansus Sawit, Wahyudin Moridu, menegaskan bahwa persoalan sawit di Gorontalo sudah sangat kompleks dan memerlukan penanganan serius.
“Persoalan sawit ini sudah sangat merajalela dan perlu penanganan khusus dari Deprov Gorontalo, sehingga dibentuklah tim Pansus Sawit,” ujarnya.
Ia menyebutkan salah satu temuan penting yang didapat Pansus adalah keberadaan koperasi yang belum terdaftar secara resmi, khususnya di wilayah Boalemo. Temuan ini dianggap penting untuk diaudit karena berkaitan dengan hak masyarakat yang telah menyerahkan tanah mereka untuk dijadikan lahan plasma.
“Kami telah menerima data dan membahasnya dalam rapat Pansus. Ada koperasi yang belum terdaftar dan ini perlu diaudit karena menyangkut kemaslahatan masyarakat,” tambah Wahyudin.
Hal senada juga di sampaikan ketua Pansus Sawit DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo Umar Karim, pihaknya akan turun lapangan terkait koperasi yang bermitra dengan perusahaan pemilik konsensi perkebunan sawit.
“Kami akan mendatangi 11 Koperasi yang selama ini bermitra dengan perusahaan untuk mengecek sejauh mana iplementasi dari kebun plasma terkait kerjasama ini termasuk perijinan koperasi tersebut,” ujar Umar.
Direncanakan DPRD Provinsi Gorontalo akan melakukan turun lapangan pada Selasa (06/05/2025) dengan agenda awal ke Kabupaten Gorontalo dan dilanjutkan ke Boalemo. (*)
