Minut-Usai masa libur nasional dan cuti bersama, Bupati Minahasa Utara (Minut) Joune Ganda langsung mengambil langkah tegas.
Dalam Apel Kerja Bersama yang digelar di halaman Kantor Bupati, Rabu (9/4/2025), ia menegaskan pentingnya kedisiplinan aparatur sipil negara (ASN) dan meminta percepatan pelaksanaan program strategis 100 hari kerja.
“Saya sengaja hadir langsung untuk memastikan tingkat kehadiran ASN pascalibur. Ini bagian dari penegakan disiplin yang menjadi instruksi langsung Gubernur kepada seluruh kepala daerah se-Sulawesi Utara,” ujar Joune di hadapan peserta apel.
Pendataan kehadiran ASN dilakukan secara langsung oleh BKPSDM Minut. Nama-nama ASN yang tidak hadir dibacakan di depan peserta apel sebagai bentuk transparansi dan penegakan aturan.
Menurut Joune, kedisiplinan bukan hanya soal kehadiran, tetapi juga menyangkut ketepatan waktu dan kesungguhan dalam menjalankan tugas.
“Tadi saya lihat sendiri, masih ada yang datang terlambat saat apel sudah berlangsung. Ini tidak boleh terulang. Kita harus berubah menjadi lebih profesional,” tegasnya.
Tak hanya soal disiplin, Joune juga menyinggung percepatan program prioritas yang masuk dalam 100 hari kerja Bupati dan Wakil Bupati. Ia memberi penekanan khusus kepada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Dinas Kesehatan, dan Dinas Pendidikan untuk segera mengeksekusi proses pengadaan barang dan jasa.
“Rakyat menanti realisasi program. Kita harus kerja cepat, tepat, dan bertanggung jawab demi mewujudkan visi-misi JG-KWL,” pungkasnya. (T3/*)
