Minut-Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut) di bawah kepemimpinan Bupati Joune Ganda dan Wakil Bupati Kevin Lotulung segera melakukan rolling jabatan bagi pejabat eselon II dan III.
Proses ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari evaluasi kinerja untuk memastikan efektivitas pemerintahan yang lebih optimal.
Hal tersebut disampaikan langsung Bupati Joune Ganda saat diwawancarai sejumlah wartawan terkait rencana perombakan struktur jabatan di lingkungan Pemkab Minut.
“Pasti dalam waktu secepatnya akan kita lakukan. Kita menunggu petunjuk pelaksanaan agar memiliki dasar hukum yang lebih kuat,” ujar Joune Ganda usai menghadiri paripurna penyampaian pidato Bupati Minut periode 2025-2030, Rabu (5/3/2025).
Ia menegaskan bahwa rolling jabatan ini merupakan hasil evaluasi terhadap kinerja pejabat yang telah berlangsung secara berkelanjutan.
Pencapaian target serta efektivitas kerja menjadi faktor utama dalam pengambilan keputusan.
“Kita telah menerima penghargaan Meritokrasi Award, sehingga evaluasi terhadap eselon II dan III terus dilakukan. Ini bukan proses mendadak, melainkan puncak dari asesmen yang sudah berjalan. Kami akan menerapkan konsep turn of duty untuk meningkatkan dinamika birokrasi,” tutupnya. (T3/*)
