Tahuna-Pembangunan infrastruktur vital kabupaten kepulauan Sangihe terus diupayakan guna, kepentingan masyarakat. Dan kini dibawa pimpinan dr Rinny Tamuntuan realisasi dari berbagai lobi pusat yang dilakukan Penjabat Bupati ini selalu menuai hasil yang baik dimana, kepulauan Sangihe dalam kurun waktu dua tahun telah menuntaskan perbaikan beberapa fasilitas masyarakat yang terbengkalai bertahun-tahun termasuk pelabuhan ferry Pananaru kecamatan Tamako.
Menurut Tamuntuan beberapa waktu lalu dirinya telah memantau langsung keadaan pelabuhan ferry Pananru yang rusak akibat hantaman ombak beberapa tahun lalu. Untuk itu dirinya bersama Perangkat daerah terkait, melakukan lobi sampai ke kementerian perhubungan pusat, dan bersyukur mendapat respon positif hingga adanya realisasi yang direncanakan awal mei 2024 telah dimulai pembangunannya .
“Pelabuhan Ferry yang ada di kampung pananaru ini, sejak tahun 2022 sudah kami perjuangkan ke kementerian, khususnya kementerian perhubungan. Untuk peningkatan pelabuhan Ferry yang saat itu kami pandang perlu untuk diperbaiki akibat kerusakan karena ombak” Tutur Tamuntuan saat meninjaunya pada selasa (16/4/24).
Dalam hal ini dr Rinny Tamuntuan Menyampaikan terimakasih atas respon yang baik dari kementerian perhubungan. “Kami melihat selang tahun 2022 hingga 2023 meski belum dibangun dan dijadikan dermaga sementara tapi sekarang ini sudah selesai dan pembangunan di tahun 2024 ini sebanyak 35 Milyar sedangkan untuk pembangunan sementara sebanyak 5 Milyar”. Ungkap Tamuntuan.
Pj Bupati Sangihe ini berharap pembangunan kembali pelabuhan ferry ini dapat mampu mendongkrat kesehjateraan masyarakat Sangihe khususnya masyrakat di sekitar pelabuhan.
“Pemerintah sangat berharap, masyarakat pengguna, khususnya masyarakat yang ada di kampung pananaru dapat melakukan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan terlebih kepada masyarakat kabupaten kepulauan Sangihe, dapat mempergunakan pelabuhan ferry ini dengan sebaik baiknya” Pungkas Tamuntuan.
