Sulut-Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulut terpilih, Yulius Selvanus (YSK) dan Victor Mailangkay (VM) melaksanakan registrasi dan cek kesehatan di Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI, Senin (17/2/2025).
Ini sebagai bagian dari tahapan pelaksanaan pelantikan kepala daerah terpilih hasil Pilkada serentak tahun 2024.
“Terkait kesiapan menjelang pelantikan, saya dan Pak Viktor sudah siap fisik dan mental,” tukas YSK.
Diketahui Presiden Prabowo akan melantik 961 kepala daerah dari 481 daerah, bertempat di Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta pada 20 Februari 2025.
Dikutip dari detik.com, Presiden Prabowo telah meneken Perpres terbaru tentang tata cara pelantikan kepala daerah Pilkada Serentak 2024. Dalam perpres itu disisipkan pasal bahwa presiden melantik gubernur dan bupati/wali kota secara serentak pada 20 Februari.
Aturan ini tertuang dalam Perpres Nomor 13 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 16 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Pelantikan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur, Bupati dan Wakil Bupati, Wali Kota dan Wakil Wali Kota. Perpres diteken Prabowo pada 11 Februari 2025.
Dalam perpres itu, ketentuan Pasal 22A diubah. Isinya, kepala daerah yang tak bersengketa dan hasil putusan MK akan dilantik pada 20 Februari.
Berikut isi aturannya:
Ketentuan Pasal 22A diubah sehingga berikut: Pasal 22A (l) Pelantikan gubernur dan wakil gubernur, bupati dan wakil bupati, serta walikota dan wakil walikota hasil pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah serentak tahun 2024 dilaksanakan secara serentak oleh Presiden pada tanggal 20 Februari 2024 dalam hal:
a. tidak terdapat perkara perselisihan hasil pemilihan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah serentak tahun 2024 di Mahkamah Konstitusi; dan
b. terhadap perkara perselisihan hasil kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah serentak tahun 2024 yang tidak dilanjutkan pada sidang berikutnya sebagaimana putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi pada tanggal 4 Februari 2025 dan 5 Februari 2025. ***
