Kotamobagu-Wakil Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Rendy Virgiawan Mangkat, S.H., M.H., secara resmi membuka High Level Meeting (HLM) Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (TPID) Kota Kotamobagu,bertempat di Ruang Kerja Wali Kota Kotamobagu Senin (17/03/2025).
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membahas strategi pengendalian inflasi daerah yang menjadi kunci dalam menjaga kestabilan perekonomian kota.
Dalam sambutannya, Wakil Wali Kota Rendy Virgiawan menyatakan pentingnya TPID dalam mengendalikan inflasi daerah guna mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkesinambungan. Ia menegaskan bahwa pengendalian inflasi merupakan syarat utama untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kota Kotamobagu. “Tentunya sangat dibutuhkan adanya koordinasi dan sinkronisasi terkait kebijakan pengendalian inflasi,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Rendy menekankan bahwa High Level Meeting ini merupakan forum yang sangat strategis dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengendalian inflasi, baik di tingkat daerah, provinsi, maupun nasional. “Pengendalian inflasi daerah sangat penting, mengingat inflasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap perekonomian daerah,” tambahnya.
Dalam konteks yang lebih spesifik, Rendy juga berharap kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan sinergitas antar pemangku kepentingan, terutama menjelang perayaan Hari Besar Keagamaan, seperti Idul Fitri 1446 Hijriah. Pengendalian inflasi di wilayah ini diharapkan dapat memastikan kestabilan harga, sehingga masyarakat dapat menikmati perayaan dengan nyaman.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Kepala Bank Indonesia Perwakilan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Andry Prasmuko, Sekertaris Daerah Kota Kotamobagu, Sofyan Mokoginta., S.H., M.E.,Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kota Kotamobagu, Jasni Makalunsenge, S.E., M.Si, Kepala Perum Bulog Sub Divre Bolaang Mongondow, Ismail Aziz., Asisten II Sekda Adnan Massinae, S.Sos., M.Si., seluruh Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (TPID) Kota Kotamobagu, serta sejumlah pimpinan OPD dilingkungan Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu.
