Manado – Meskipun di hari libur, Sabtu (26/06/2021) Walikota Manado Andrei Angouw terus memantau sekaligus melihat dari dekat proses pemulihan lokasi Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) yang ada di Kelurahan Sumompo Kecamatan Tuminting.
Didampingi Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado Frangky Porawouw, Walikota Andrei melihat progres penanganan sampah di TPA Sumompo ini. Bahkan Walikota murah senyum ini, merasa puas dengan proses bongkar aduk sampah disini, apalagi didukung oleh peralatan escavator yang sangat memadai.
Seperti terlihat, TPA Sumompo sejak kepemimpinan AA-RS, mulai tertata dengan baik dan tidak lagi membuat anteran truk-truk dari Kecamatan yang membawa sampah disini. Sampah juga tidak lagi berserakan sampai ke pinggir jalan.
“Pak Walikota sudah puluhan kali menuju TPA Sumompo untuk melihat dari dekat progres disini ,” ungkap Kadis DLH Frangky Porawouw. (JM)
