Manado – Untuk memastikan proyek pembangunan berjalan lancar, Wali Kota Manado Andrei Angouw, memantau perkembangan Malalayang Beach Walk (MBW), di kecamatan Malalayang.Jumat (30/09/2022) sore.
Di lokasi ini, Pemerintah Kota terus melakukan penataan dan mengubah wajah pantai Malalayang untuk menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata yang ada di Kota Manado.
Berbagai pembenahan untuk menambah kenyamanan para pengunjung Pantai Malalayang. Segala persiapan ini menunjukkan komitmen tinggi dari Pemerintah Kota Manado untuk mendorong laju pariwisata.
“Malalayang Beach Walk (MBW) merupakan salah satu icon Parawsiata sebagai lokomotif perekonomian yang bisa diharapkan di Kota Manado. Ini tentunya harus dimanfaatkan secara serius,” Ucap Wali Kota.
Dikatakan Wali Kota, Ada kearifan lokal yang bisa kita kembangkan untuk mendongkrak nilai jual MBW sebagai potensi icon pariwisata yang dimiliki Kota Manado.
MBW merupakan kawasan Pantai di Malalayang yang ditata oleh pemerintah pusat lewat kementerian PUPR dan juga pemerintah Provinsi Sulut yang pengelolaannya akan diserahkan kepada Kota Manado. Kawasan ini nantinya menjadi salah satu ikon Pariwisata di Sulut khususnya di Kota Manado yang recanakan akan dibuka awal Oktober 2022 ini.
Turut mendampingi Wali Kota Manado, Camat Malalayang Royke Kalalo, Pelaksana Proyek Stevanus D. Polii, serta tim tekhnis dari Balai,DLH dan Dinas PUPR Kota Manado. (Liputan Khusus)
