Magelang-Setelah berlangsung satu Minggu, giliran para Wakil Kepala Daerah yang telah dilantik Presiden Prabowo Subianto, termasuk Wakil Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Rendy Virgiawan Mangkat mengikuti Retret di Akademi Militer (Akmil), Magelang, Jawa Tengah, Kamis (27/02/2025).
Mangkat mengaku senang bisa bergabung dalam kegiatan Retret Kepala Daerah di Akademi Militer Magelang. Dalam forum tersebut, ia bisa bertemu dengan banyak kepala daerah lain.
Sebelumnya, Wali Kota Kotamobagu, dr. Weny Gaib., Sp.M, telah lebih dulu mengikuti Retret yang merupakan kegiatan orientasi, pembekalan, serta pelatihan yang ditujukan bagi para kepala daerah yang baru dilantik. Adapun, tujuan retret digelar guna memperkuat pemahaman dan kesiapan para pemimpin dalam menjalankan tugasnya di derah masing-masing.
Diharapkan, dengan mengikuti program Retreat ini, para pemimpin daerah dapat memperkaya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola pemerintahan, serta memperkuat hubungan antar daerah di seluruh Indonesia.
Acara Retreat ini dijadwalkan akan ditutup secara resmi pada Jumat, 28 Februari 2025. Melalui kegiatan ini, para peserta diharapkan dapat membawa pulang berbagai insights dan pengalaman yang bermanfaat untuk diterapkan dalam memajukan daerah masing-masing. (*Midi)
