Asahan-Wakil Bupati Asahan Taufik Zainal Abidin ikuti Grand Launching MPP secara virtual di gedung MPP Kabupaten Asahan, Jumat (12/05/2023). Tampak hadir Kapolres Asahan, Asisten, Mewakili Kajari, OPD, BUMN, BUMD dan para peserta lainnya
Di tempat berbeda, Grand Launching MPP ini diikuti oleh Bupati Asahan bersama 3 Kepala Daerah Kabupaten/Kota yakni Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Kabupaten Lampung Utara, Kabupaten Asahan dan Kota Dumai. Acara Grand Launching tersebut dipusatkan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan dihadiri langsung oleh Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas.
Secara virtual, Menpan RB menyampaikan selamat untuk keempat Kabupaten/Kota atas hadirnya MPP tersebut. “MPP menjadi salah satu ikhtiar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
Anas berharap kedepan MPP bertransformasi menjadi MPP Digital. Baginya, digitalisasi adalah keniscayaan yang harus dihadapi cepat atau lambat, dan ASN sebagai pelayan publik harus segera beradaptasi terhadap hal tersebut. “MPP Digital menjadi penyederhana pelayanan publik karena semua terintegrasi. Ini sesuai arahan Presiden Jokowi”, ujar anas
Acara tersebut di rangkai dengan berbagai kegiatan di antaranya penyerahan cinderamata oleh PAN-RB kepada para Bupati/Walikota, kemudian Bupati/Walikota juga memberikan cinderamata kepada PAN-RB. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan Penanda tanganan Prasasti peresmian yang di tanda tangani langsung oleh Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) disaksikan oleh para tamu undangan secara langsung dan virtual.
Selepas mengikuti rangkaian acara Wakil Bupati Asahan mengatakan pembangunan MPP bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan bagi publik melalui pengintegrasian layanan secara cepat, mudah, terjangkau, dan aman. “MPP adalah bagian penting bagi suatu daerah dalam menarik investasi meski ada bermacam kendala untuk mewujudkannya karena itu penting adanya reformasi dalam perbaikan pelayanan publik itu sendiri,” ucap Wakil Bupati.
