Manado -Wakil Gubernur Sulut Drs Steven O.E Kandouw telah melantik 35 orang pejabat administrator dan pengawas di Lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Bertempat di Rg CJ Rantung, Kamis (02/03/2023).
Ke-35 orang tersebut terdiri atas 21 orang pejabat Administrator dan 14 orang pejabat pengawas.
Dalam sambutannya Wagub Kandouw mengatakan Tour of duty, tour of area, merupakan hal yang lumrah dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menghindari kejenuhan karena terlalu lama berada di jabatan yang sama. Selain itu dimaksudkan untuk semakin meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui penempatan personil yang sesuai kompetensi dan kapabilitasnya.
” Lebih lanjut beliau menyampaikan “dalam dunia yang penuh resiko, sangat dinamis, dan kompetitif, kita dituntut untuk selalu mengembangkan cara-cara baru, nilai-nilai baru serta tidak terjebak pada rutinitas pekerjaan yang monoton. Sebagai ASN harus mampu mampu making delived yang bertujuan agar program Pak Gubernur dapat dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat.” Ujar Wagub Kandouw.
Pada prinsipnya Kata Wagub Kandouw, inovasi bukan hanya pengetahuan, inovasi adalah budaya. Mendobrak rutinitas adalah satu hal dan meningkatkan produktivitas adalah hal lain yang harus ditingkatkan, sehingga pekerjaan yang dilakukan bukan lagi berorientasi pada proses tetapi harus berorientasi pada hasil.
“Self improvement merupakan hal yang mutlak untuk dilakukan oleh anda semua sebagai pejabat yang dipercayakan pada jabatan ini.” Pungkas Wagub Kandouw. (J.Mo)
