Morut-Wakil Bupati Morowali Utara (Morut) H Djira K SPd, MPd, membacakan sambutan Bupati, terkait Penyampaian Rancangan Perubahan Kebijakan Umum APBD (KUA) serta Perubahan Prioritas Dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Tahun Anggaran (TA) 2025, dan Perubahan Atas Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut), Nomor 9 tahun 2023, tentang Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah, dalam rapat Paripurna DPRD Morut, Senin (28/07/2025) siang.
Rapat Paripurna tersebut, dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD Morut, Hj Warda Dg Mamala SE, di dampingi Wakil Ketua I, Hj Megawaty Ambo Asa SIP MH, Wakil Ketua II DPRD, H Ambo Mai, dan dihadiri 19 Anggota DPRD, serta Pejabat Eselon II, III di jajaran Pemda Morut.
Pada kesempatan itu, Wabup Djira, menyampaikan Kebijakan KUA PPAS Perubahan TA 2025, dan penjelasan Bupati terkait perubahan Perda Nomor 9 tahun 2023, tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah.
Ia menjelaskan, terkait KUA PPAS TA 2025 sendiri, bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan rencana anggaran dengan kondisi terkini, memastikan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan APBD, serta mencapai target pembangunan di daerah.
Adapun agenda lainnya, yakni penjelasan Bupati terhadap Ranperda perubahan Perda Nomor 9 tahun 2023 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah di Kabupaten Morut.
Wabup Djira, mengatakan Ranperda tersebut telah dilakukan proses harmonisasi, lewat Kantor Wilayah (Kanwil) Kementerian Hukum Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah (Sulteng), serta telah mendapatkan masukan dan saran perbaikan dari aspek teknis penyusunan produk hukum di daerah. (*/NAL)
