Manado-Universitas Sam Ratulangi (Unsrat) dan PT Bank SulutGo (BSG), sepakat melakukan penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) dalam bidang pengelolaan keuangan, bertempat di Gedung Rektorat, Selasa (11/04/2023).
Momentum ini merupakan langkah awal akan potensi benefit yang dapat diperoleh kedua pihak dengan terciptanya pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel.
Dalam penandatanganan tersebut pihak Unsrat diwakilkan langsung Rektor Prof. Dr. Ir Oktovian Berty Alexander Sompie, M.Eng yang didampingi jajaran Wakil Rektor antara lain Prof Dr. Ir Grevo Gerung, M.Sc (Bidang Akademik), Dr. Ronny Maramis SH, MH (Bidang Umum & Keuangan), Prof Dr. Ir Sangkertadi, DEA (Bidang Perencanaan) dan para Dekan Fakultas serta Direktur Pascasarjana.
Sedangkan pihak Bank SulutGo, di tanda tangani langsung Direktur Utama BSG Revino Pepah yang didampingi jajaran Direksi, Joubert Dondokambey (Direktur Umum), Pius Batara (Direktur Pemasaran), Louisa Parengkuan (Direktur Operasional) serta jajaran pejabat eksekutif BSG lainnya.
Revino Pepah, selaku Dirut BSG mengatakan, salah satu agenda yang dilaksanakan pada rangkaian kegiatan tersebut adalah penyerahan bantuan Kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Keuangan Berkelanjutan BSG atau yang lebih sering dikenal dengan istilah CSR, kepada Unsrat berupa 1 (satu) unit Bus yang akan digunakan bagi operasional Rektorat Unsrat.
“Kesepakatan yang telah kita tandatangani pada hari ini merupakan bukti komitmen kedua belah pihak untuk memajukan institusi masing-masing. Dengan harapan pada saat kerjasama dijalin, maka dari aspek bisnis BSG dapat memperoleh keuntungan sedangkan Unsrat bisa mendapatkan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih modern dan akuntabel. Jadi ini merupakan winwin solution bagi kami.” tutur Dirut BSG Revino Pepah.
Dirut menambahkan, pada kesempatan saat MoU juga telah diserahkan bantuan CSR kepada Unsrat berupa 1 unit Bus sebagai wujud kepedulian dan tanggung jawab sosial BSG kepada dunia pendidikan. (*/Mal)
