TOMOHON – Memperingati Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-75, Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Tomohon menggelar Upacara di tempat yang tidak biasa.
Ya, KPU Kota Tomohon menggelar upacara di salah satu ikonik Kota Tomohon, yaitu Gunung Lokon. Senin (17/8) 2020.
Anggota Komisioner KPU Kota Tomohon, Stenly Kowaas mengatakan, pelaksanaan kali ini tidak seperti biasanya.
“Tahun ini, kami memaknai HUT RI dengan pola New Normal. Kalau biasanya terikat protokoler resmi instansi pemerintah, kali ini kami berikhtiar melaksanakannya di lokasi ikonik Gunung Lokon.” kata Komisioner bidang Sosialisasi itu.
Disamping pelaksanaan ditempat tidak lazim, menurut Kowaas, ini juga berfungsi sebagai relaxsasi.” Ini juga jadi terapi alami dan relaksasi yang ampuh buat staf KPU Tomohon, setelah 2 bulan terakhir bekerja tanpa kenal waktu pagi, siang dan malam, senin-minggu.” tutur Kowaas. (*/Oma)
