Minut-Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara (Minut) melakukan pergantian Kepala Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol), di mana Sammy Rompis resmi digantikan Umbase Mayuntu pada Kamis (6/3/2025).
Menariknya, Umbase Mayuntu yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Asisten I Setda Minut, dalam dua pekan terakhir telah menerima beberapa tugas strategis. Ia sempat ditunjuk sebagai Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Camat Kalawat selama 48 jam, sebelum akhirnya dipercaya menjadi Plh Kaban Kesbangpol Minut.
Serah terima jabatan berlangsung di ruang kerja Sekretaris Daerah Minut, Novly Wowiling, dengan disaksikan sejumlah pejabat daerah, termasuk Kepala BKPSDM Johanes Katuuk, Asisten III Rivino Dondokambey, dan Kepala Inspektorat Stephen Tuwaidan.
Sekda Novly Wowiling mengonfirmasi penunjukan Umbase Mayuntu sebagai Plh Kaban Kesbangpol Minut. “Surat keputusan sudah kami serahkan kepada Pak Umbase,” ujarnya pada Kamis malam.
Terkait alasan pergantian, Novly menyebut hal itu berkaitan dengan evaluasi kinerja pejabat sebelumnya. Inspektorat Minut disebut akan menindaklanjuti proses lebih lanjut.
Sementara itu, saat disinggung mengenai kemungkinan adanya persoalan hukum yang melibatkan mantan Kaban Kesbangpol, Novly mengarahkan agar hal tersebut dikonfirmasi ke Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan SDM Minut. (T3/*)
