Tomohon- Tim Buser Sat Reskrim Polres Tomohon mengamankan Pelaku Judi Toto Gelap (Togel) Online yang beroperasi di wilayah hukum Polres Tomohon, tepatnya di Kelurahan Woloan Kecamatan Tomohon Barat.
Pengungkapan kasus ini berawal dari informasi masyarakat yang merasa resah dengan adanya praktek judi togel online.
Hal tersebut dibenarkan Kasat Reskrim Polres Tomohon Iptu Stefi S.Sumolang,SH., M.H saat dikonfirmasi di ruang kerjanya, Sabtu (22/06/2024).
“Berdasarkan Laporan dari Masyarakat bahwa telah maraknyanya Judi Online Togel yang beroperasi di wilayah hukum Polres Tomohon, selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan giat lidik oleh Tim Buser hingga pada hari kamis, 20 Juni 2024 sekitar pukul 22.00 wita, Tim berhasil mengamankan pelaku judi Togel berinisial RB,32 Thn, yang sementara beroperasi di rumah pribadinya yang terletak di Kel.Woloan Ling.I Kec.Tomohon Barat,” Ujar Kasat Reskrim.
Dijelaskan Kasat Reskrim, di mana saat diamankan pelaku sedang mengoperasikan Smart phone miliknya dalam melakukan kegiatan judi tersebut, selanjutnya guna pemeriksaan lebih lanjut Pelaku bersama barang bukti langsung diamankan ke Mapolres Tomohon.
“Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan terhadap barang bukti pelaku 1 (satu) buah handphone yang di lakukan untuk melakukan memasang judi jenis Togel, Tim menemukan di Aplikasi Judi online Zia Togel, pelaku melakukan Top up lewat aplikasi Dana sebesar Rp. 40.000 (Empat puluh ribu rupiah) pada jam 12.00 wita dan pada pukul 19.00 wita , melakukan Top up melewati aplikasi Dana sebesar Rp.82.000 (Delapan puluh dua ribu rupiah) serta Tim Buser menemukan bahwa Pelaku menang di putaran Macau pukul . 20.00 Wita, sebesar Rp. 80.000 (Delapan puluh ribu rupiah),” Ungkap Kasat Reskrim.
Sedangkan, pelaku HT 32 Thn, kata Kasat Reskrim, di amankan di kelurahan Woloan III ling.I kecamatan Tomohon Barat. “Peran dari pelaku merupakan pemasang serta bandar dari judi Togel tersebut dimana pelaku juga selain memasangkan untuk dirinya sendiri pelaku juga menerima pasangan dari orang lain yang hendak mencoba peruntungan lewat kegiatan judi tersebut.” ucap Sumolang.
Ditemui terpisah, Kapolres Tomohon AKBP Lerry Tutu, mengungkapkan bahwa jajarannya akan terus melakukan upaya penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana perjudian. “Setiap bentuk tindak pidana perjudian akan kami tindak tegas sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku,”tegas Kapolres. (Bert)
