Bonebol-Bupati Bone Bolango, Ismet Mile menekankan kiprah dan peran Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Bupati Ismet mengatakan Nahdlatul Ulama dapat mengambil peran dalam sisi keagamaan untuk melayani masyarakat.
“Saya dulu banyak berkiprah di Nahdlatul Ulama. Saya mantan Ketua Ansor Sulut, ICNU Sulut, Ketua PWNU Provinsi Gorontalo. Darah daging saya adalah Nahdlatul Ulama. Mari kita berjuang bersama. NU ini ada di segala ruang. Jadi kita satukan seluruh program untuk masa depan masyarakat yang lebih baik,”kata Bupati Ismet Mile saat menerima Silaturahmi Pengurus PCNU Bone Bolango di Bandayo Rumah Dinas Bupati, Jumat (4/4/2025).
Ismet mengungkapkan, di Indonesia hanya ada dua organisasi keagamaan yang besar yaitu Nahdlatul Ulama dan Muhammadiyah. Dirinya pun menegaskan, akan siap membackup kegiatan Nahdlatul Ulama selama masih sesuai aturan.
Sementara itu, Ketua PCNU Bone Bolango, Suleman Adadau ragam kegiatan keagamaan telah dilaksanakan dalam menyentuh masyarakat salah satunya, yaitu safari aswaja.
“Kita juga telah membentuk kepengurusan ditingkat kecamatan. Kedepan kita akan membentuk kepengurusan juga ditingkat ranting,”ujarnya.
Ia pun mengatakan, apa yang menjadi arahan Bupati Ismet Mile akan menjadi pijakan dalam organisasi Nahdlatul Ulama kedepan. (*)
