Bitung, Redaksisulut – Berdasarkan Laporan Polisi (LP/VII/2020/Sulut/Res-Bitung/Sek-Matuari, Tanggal 18 Juli 2020, Team Resmob Polsek Maesa berhasil mengungkap dan meringkus dua pelaku tindak pidana pencurian.
Pelaku AI alias Kacang (23) dan IM alias Panter (28). Keduanya warga Kelurahan Bitung Timur, Kecamatan Maesa ini ditangkap, pada hari Sabtu (18/7/2020), sekitar pukul 14.00 Wita dan kedua pelaku yang juga residivis kasus pencurian ini kerap kali beraksi di berbagai tempat di Kota Bitung.
Saat dikonfirmasi Kapolsek Maesa, Kompol Elia Maramis membenarkan hal ini, dimana pada hariJumat (17/7/2020), keduanya dilaporkan melakukan pencurian di wilayah Kelurahan Manembo-Nembo dan Girian.
“Untuk lokasi pencurian di Kelurahan Girian Indah tepatnya di depan Dodik dan pada saat kejadian pelaku Kacang mengambil tas milik dari pengemudi mobil Box bernama Ravly Domolingo dan membawa lari tas tersebut. Daei kejadian itu korban mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp 3 juta. Tidak hanya itu, mereka juga melakukan pencurian masuk rumah dengan cara merusak pintu dan mengambil barang milik korban berupa Handphone. Dari kejadian ini perbuatan pelaku terangkap Cctv pengawas di Indomaret”. Kata Kapolsek.
Saat ini kedua pelaku beserta barang bukti telah diamankan di Polsek Maesa. Untuk selanjutnya di proses sesuai undang-undang yang berlaku.
“Barang bukti berhasil kita amankan dari tangan pelaku yakni berupa, satu unit SPM Yamaha Mio m3 warna Biru, DB 3693 CW, satu buah HP Merk OPPO A 5 warna hitam, satu buah tas warna hitam berisikan surat-surat penting milik korban dan saat ini kedua pelaku sudah ditahan dan akan diproses. Keduanya kita kenakan pasal 362 ayat (1) KUHP. Hukuman penjara paling lama lima tahun”. Tambahnya. (Wesly)
