Morut-Bupati Morowali Utara (Morut) Dr dr Delis Julkarson Hehi MARS, menyerahkan perpanjangan Surat Keputusan (SK) Bupati Morut, untuk Pegawai Pemerintah Dengan Perjanjian Kontrak (PPPK) bagi para Penyuluh Pertanian, Guru, serta Tenaga Kesehatan (Nakes), di ruang pola kantor Bupati Morut, Rabu (19/06/2024).
Bupati Delis, dalam sambutannya, menjelaskan, penyerahan SK kepada 690 PPPK tersebut, sebelumnya telah dinilai layak oleh Atasan untuk mendapatkan SK perpanjangan.
“Jika tidak ada perubahan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Pusat, tahun 2025 nantinya SK perjanjian akan diperpanjang menjadi 5 Tahun, ” kata Bupati Delis.
Bupati Delis, menambahkan, sangat penting untuk mensyukuri semua hasil kerja keras yang dilakukan hingga saat ini, maka semua pekerjaan akan dijalankan dengan sebaik mungkin, karena setiap pekerjaan mempunyai tantangan yang berbeda.
” Jadikan pekerjaan sebagai ladang pengabdian dan amal bagi kita, sesama dan daerah yang kita cintai, “
Sementara itu, tambahan penghasilan guru sudah ditambahkan untuk lulusan sarjana sejak januari 2024.
Sedangkan penambahan penghasilan untuk lulusan SMA akan dimulai pada juli 2024.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Wakil Bupati (Wabup), H Djira K SPd MPd, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda), Ir Musda Guntur MM, Asisten 1 Krispen H Masu SSTP MSi, Kepala BKPSDM, Drs Nimrod Adon Tandi, MSi, serta sejumlah pejabat Eselon II di lingkup Pemda Morut. (Diskominfo/NAL)
