Sulut – Ketua TP PKK Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Ibu Rita Dondokambey-Tamuntuan menyerahkan Bantuan Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga berupa peralatan catering terdiri dari 9 panstove di Kabupaten Minahasa dan Kota Tomohon, Kamis (30/7/2020).
Ibu Rita berpesan agar bantuan tersebut dapat memberi manfaat positif dalam perkembangan anggota PKK.
Sebagai informasi, penyerahan bantuan ini disalurkan di Kelurahan Kakaskasen, Matani I, Wolowan III dan Wolowan I, dan untuk Minahasa di desa Kopiwangker.
“Saya mengharapkan kepada para penerima bantuan ini, kedepan kiranya dapat memanfaatkan bantuan ini dengan sebaik-baiknya,” kata Ibu Rita.
Dirinya juga memotivasi anggota PKK agar dapat memperoleh penghasilan tambahan dalam menghadapi kondisi sukar akibat pandemi Covid-19.
“Bantuan ini bukan hanya disimpan sebagai aset kelompok PKK atau aset desa, tetapi dapat digunakan seperti disewakan atau pun usaha ketering dari kelompok PKK, yang hasilnya dapat menjadi milik PKK atau kelompok itu sendiri,” ungkapnya.
Kegiatan ini turut dihadiri Bupati Minahasa, Ketua TP PKK Minahasa, Ketua TP PKK Tomohon dan Asisten I Pemkot Tomohon. (*/JM)
