Minahasa– Dalam rangka meningkatkan Hasil peningkatan pangan, Wakil Bupati DR. Robby Dondokambey, S.SI menyerahkan Bantuan 1 Unit Trector,di Popo Kecamatan Tombariri. Senin (08/05/2023).
Pada kesempatan itu Wabup RD menyampaikan menghadapi krisis global yang bakal terjadi, program pemerintah pusat, provinsi dan kabupaten Minahasa akan membantu masyarakat yang benar mau bertani.
“Sehingga upaya peningkatan hasil tanaman pangan dan hortikultura dapat meningkat dengan adanya alat bantuan mesin pertanian (alsintan) berupa traktor roda empat, kepada Pemerintah Desa Poopoh, Kecamatan Tombariri.”Ujar Wabup RD.
Lanjut Wabup RD menyampaikan manfaatkan secara optimal lahan pertanian karena sudah mempunyai alat mesin pertanian berupa traktor roda empat yang sudah diserahkan pada hukum tua desa Popo. Dan tentunya alat pertanian trector tersebut mempunyai biaya operasional, pakai sesuai pedoman teknis yang berlaku brigade alsintan.
“Tentunya biaya jasa operasional dibebankan pada setiap petani sebagai pengguna, besara tersebut tidak melebih upah yang biasa diberlakukan di desa setempat.” Ujar Wabup RD.
“Pemegang traktor roda empat adalah perseorangan yang telah menandatangani perjanjian pinjam pakai yang ini bersangkutan wajib melakukan perawatan dan memanfaatkan secara optimal traktor roda empat tersebut.”Terang Wabup RD.
