Tomohon – Sekretaris Daerah Kota Tomohon Edwin Roring SE, menegaskan bahwa penerapan Manajemen Talenta (MT) akan menjadi fondasi utama dalam penempatan pejabat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Tomohon.
“Tahun berjalan ini yang pasti Pemkot Tomohon akan segera menerapkan Manajemen Talenta (MT). Pokoknya promosi dan rotasi jabatan kami akan menggunakan instrumen Manajemen Talenta,” tegas Sekda kota Tomohon Edwin Roring, kepada awak media, Selasa (3/2/2026).
Menurutnya, manajemen talenta menjadi instrumen penting untuk menyiapkan kader ASN terbaik yang mampu mengeksekusi visi dan misi kepala daerah secara efektif.
“Dalam Manajemen Talenta ini tetap berpatokan tiga hal yakni disiplin, kinerja dan kompentensi, “ujarnya.
lanjutnya, sampai saat ini tahapan Manajemen Talenta sementata disusun. Mudan-mudahan tidak terlalu lama dan bulan Februari ini segera terlaksana.
“Karena ini sudah merupakan komitmen antara BKN dan Pemkot Tomohon untuk melaksanakan Manajemen Talenta di Lingkup Pemkot Tomohon,” ungkapnya.
Sisi lain, ia menegaskan bahwa mutasi dan roling pejabat itu hal biasa dalam suatu organisasi pemerintah.
“Jadi, saya ingatkan sebagai ASN harus selalu mengedepankan profesionalitas serta yang utama adalah loyalitas dalam bekerja untuk mewujudkan Tomohon maju, berdaya saing dan sejahtera,” tandasnya.
