MINAHASA – Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Frits Muntu S.Sos mengikuti Rapat Koordinasi Penyerderhanaan Birokrasi Tahun 2020 Via Zoom Meeting, Selasa (11/8/2020).
Rapat Koordinasi Penyederhanaan BirKrasi Dibuka Langsung Wakil Presiden RI Prof. Dr. K.H. Ma’ruf Amin.
Dalam sambutan Presiden Republik Indonesia Ir. Joko Widodo yang disampaikan oleh wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia rapat koordinasi penyederhanaan birokrasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemerintahan dan mempercepat pengambilan keputusan sehingga terbentuk birokrasi yang lebih profesional untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam mendukung pelayanan publik.
Beliau juga menyampaikan betapa pentingnya penyederhanaan birokrasi demi mewujudkan visi dan misi Presiden dan wakil Presiden RI. Serta mempercepat perizinan di tingkat pusat dan daerah sehingga meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Usai Rapat Sekda Minahasa Frits Muntu, S.sos menyampaikan penyederhanaan birokrasi ini juga bersamaan dengan pembangunan SDM dan pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara dalam menghadapi tantangan global yang ada pada saat ini.
“Tantangan tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya perubahan cara kerja secara drastis melalui tranformasi digital.”Ucapnya.
Lanjut Frits Muntu, S.sos menyampaikan tentunya menuntut ASN sebagai SDM di pemerintahan untuk memiliki keahlian dan berkompeten agar dapat bekerja dengan cepat, adaptif, serta inovatif.
“Mengingat bahwa dalam penyederhanaan birokrasi banyak hal yang perlu dipersiapkan, Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa akan terus berupaya menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih profesional, berkompeten dan inovatif ” ungkap sekda Muntu. (Ronny)
