Pada Upacara Peringatan Hari Kesaktian Pancasila Tahun 2024 dengan Tema “Bersama Pancasila Kita Wujudkan Indonesia Emas” yang berlangsung Khidmat tersebut, juga dilaksanakan pembacaan Teks Pancasila oleh Sekertaris Daerah Kota Kotamobagu, Sofyan Mokoginta., S.H., M.E, yang juga bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara, serta Pembacaan Ikrar Hari Kesaktian Pancasila oleh Pimpinan DPRD Kota Kotamobagu, Adrianus Mokoginta., S.E.
Turut Hadir: Perwakilan Forkopimda Kota Kotamobagu, para pimpinan Instansi Vertikal, para Asisten, para Pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dilingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu, Camat, Lurah dan Sangadi beserta perangkat se – Kota Kotamobagu serta Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dilingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu.
