Morut-Lagi-lagi Reserse Narkoba Polres Morowali Utara dibawah pimpinan IPTU Nur Althin, S.H kembali mengungkap serta menangkap pelaku pengedar obat-obatan terlarang yang diduga kuat Jenis Pil Triheksifenidil atau pil THD sebanyak 6.830 butir dan berhasil menangkap dua pelaku di Desa Ganda-Ganda dan Kecamatan Petasia Kabupaten Morowali Utara dan di Desa Samarenda Kecamatan Bumi Raya Kabupaten Morowali, Kamis (16/12/2021).
“Benar kami telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap dua orang pelaku yaitu AU, 35 tahun dan BSJ, 31 Tahun yang diduga kuat mengedarkan obat-obat terlarang jenis THD di Desa Ganda-Ganda dan Desa Samarenda pada hari Kamis 16 Desember 2021 , dari kedua pelaku kami berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa : 6830 butir pil putih yang diduga THD,1 buah botol plastik kosong, 1 buah KTP an. Arsan umuri, 1 buah ktp, 3 buah kantong plastik besar, uang penjualan 5 juta, Uang penjualan 900 ribu dan 1 buah tempat rokok merk marlboro merah” terang Iptu Nur Althin.
Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya kedua pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 197 UU RI NO 36 tahun 2009 dengan ancaman penjara selama 15 tahun dan kini keduanya telah mendekam di rutan Polres Morowali Utara. (Hms/John)
