Bitung, Redaksisulut – Masuk hari kedelapan, perintisan jalan dalam program TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) Kodim 1310/Bitung di Kelurahan Kumersot, Kecamatan Ranowulu, Kota Bitung kini capai target 4.250 meter. Selasa, (22/6/2021).
Lurah Kumersot, Steven Moningka mengatakan bahwa target pembuatan jalan oleh satgas TMMD dengan jarak 4.250 meter masih belum menembus Kelurahan Karondoran.
“Dengan jarak 4.250 masih belum menembus Kelurahan Karondoran jadi satgas memutuskan untuk meneruskan pekerjaan sampai bisa terhubung langsung dengan Kelurahan Karondoran agar manfaatnya bisa lebih baik bagi petani serta masyarakat”. Katanya.
Dirinya juga menyampaikan bahwa, jalan yang dirintis oleh satgas TMMD ini sangatlah bermanfaat dan sangat membantu warga.
“Dulunya hanya jalan setapak dan bersemak. Hanya kendaraan roda dua dan roda sapi yang bisa melewati jalan tersebut dan saat ini setelah masuknya program TMMD dengan salah satu program perintisan jalan nantinya kendaraan roda 4 pun sudah bisa melewatinya. Ini sangat membantu dan bermanfaat dimana kelancaran transportasi dalam mengangkut hasil pertanian menjadi lebih mudah dan ini bisa meningkatkan taraf hidup orang banyak”. Tambahnya.
Diketahui target rintisan jalan sepanjang 4.250 meter dengan lebar 6 meter dan dihari kedelapan ini sudah masuk dalam tahap finishing. (Wesly)
