Morut-Ribuan warga dari segala penjuru di Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut), mengikuti senam sehat di pelataran Kantor Bupati Morut di kota Kolonodale, Jumat (13/09/2024) pagi.
Senam massal yang dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian kampanye Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat (Germas) turut di ikuti, Bupati Morut Dr dr Delis Julkarson Hehi MARS, Ketua TP PKK Morut Febriyanthi Hongkiriwang Ssi Apt, dan Wakil Ketua TP PKK Morut, Widyawati Malla, sejumlah pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di lingkup Pemda Morut serta para camat, kader PKK, murid sekolah di sekitar Kolonodale.
Senam sehat ini cukup meriah dengan dipandu langsung, dua instruktur senam zumba, masing-masing Zin Iranesia dari Makassar dan Zin Monica dari Manado. Selain itu ada pula Disk Jockey (DJ) Uni dari Makassar.
Bersamaan dengan senam sehat, dalam kampanye Germas tersebut juga dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan, penyuluhan gerakan sekolah sehat, pelayanan KB, dan demo dapur sehat atasi stunting (Dashat).
Kegiatan senam di pelataran Kantor Bupati Morut tersebut merupakan kampanye Germas untuk Kecamatan Petasia. Kegiatan ini sekaligus menutup rangkaian kampanye Germas di 10 Kecamatan yang ada di Morut.
Dalam sambutannya sebelum menutup resmi kampanye Germas tersebut, Bupati Delis, menyatakan, kegiatan Germas bisa saja berakhir, namun gerakan masyarakat untuk hidup sehat tidak boleh berhenti.
“Tidak boleh berhenti. Germas di tengah masyarakat harus terus berlangsung,” jelasnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Delis juga mengingatkan ada 5 hal penting terkait Germas, yakni berolahraga secara teratur, cek kesehatan secara rutin, mengkonsumsi makanan sehat, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan jamban sehat.
Semua rangkaian kegiatan di pelataran kantor Bupati Morut, diakhiri dengan undian puluhan door prize menarik sumbangan dari Bank Sulteng dan Ketua TP PKK Morut, Febriyanthi Hongkiriwang.(Ale/Ryo/NAL)
