Manado-PLN Manado kembali menunjukkan kecepatan luar biasa dalam menanggapi setiap keluhan warga terkait gangguan kelistrikan. Respons cepat ini terbukti ketika masyarakat Tanjung Batu Lingkungan 3 melaporkan adanya gangguan pada salah satu tiang listrik yang dipenuhi akar pohon dan kabel yang terkelupas.
Hanya dalam hitungan menit, petugas PLN langsung turun tangan mengatasi masalah tersebut. Steven, warga setempat, mengungkapkan rasa kagumnya terhadap kecepatan PLN dalam menanggapi laporan. “Ini luar biasa, sangat cepat ditanggapi,” ujarnya penuh bangga, sambil memberikan apresiasi kepada PLN Sulutenggo, terutama PLN Manado.
Tak hanya warga, Lurah Tanjung Batu, Valentino Kadato, juga langsung turun ke lokasi untuk melihat penanganan yang dilakukan oleh PLN. Ia menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara Pemerintah Kota dan PLN Manado sangat hebat, sehingga masalah akar pohon dan kabel terkelupas dapat segera diselesaikan.
Kepala Lingkungan 3, Raymond Mumu, turut mendampingi petugas PLN dalam membersihkan pohon jalar dan memeriksa kabel untuk memastikan semuanya dalam kondisi aman terkendali. Sementara itu, Andris, seorang warga Kota Manado, menyatakan salut atas tindakan cepat dan sinergi yang terus terbangun dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.
