Manado – Police Squad Indonesian Thirty Five (Positive) Polda Sulut, sebutan untuk angkatan kepolisian Tahun 2011, memperingati 10 tahun atau 1 dekade pengabdiannya kepada masyarakat dan negara. Dalam momen ini, mereka menggelar kegiatan anjangsana di dua Panti Asuhan, yakni di Kecamatan Malalayang dan di Kecamatan Mapanget, Jumat (1/10) siang tadi.
“Sebenarnya untuk kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 September, namun karena kesibukan masing masing anggota, sehingga kami baru bisa melaksanakan kegiatan Anjangsana pada hari ini,” ujar Ketua Angkatan Positive Brigadir Vicky Wiliam Mangkang.
Lanjutnya, dua Panti Asuhan yang kami kunjungi yakni Panti Asuhan A-Bartemeus yang berada di Kelurahan Malalayang Satu Timur Kecamatan Malalayang, dan Panti Asuhan Al-Ikhwan yang berada di Kelurahan Kairagi Satu Kecamatan Mapanget.
“Dalam anjangsana tersebut, kami memberikan bantuan berupa sembako dan uang saku kepada semua anak anak yang berada di dua Panti Asuhan tersebut,” jelas Vicky yang diketahui bertugas sebagai anggota Tim Macan Polresta Manado.
Ia juga menambahkan, bahwa apa yang dilaksanakan ini, merupakan bentuk kepedulian Polri terhadap anak anak yatim piatu. Serta silaturahmi ini dilakukan sebagai upaya membangun sinergi yang positif antara kepolisian dengan masyarakat.
“Saya berharap kiranya rasa kebersamaan yang telah terbentuk hari ini dapat terus ditingkatkan, karena dengan hanya kebersamaanlah, beban seberat apapun, semoga akan dapat diatasi, gantungkan cita-citamu setinggi mungkin, lakukan yang terbaik untuk diri dan lingkungan,” pungkasnya. (Dwi)
