Minut-Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara kembali melakukan penyegaran di tubuh birokrasi. Puluhan Pejabat Eselon 3 resmi dilantik di Aula Kantor Bupati. Senin (22/9/2025).
Pelantikan dipimpin Sekretaris Daerah Minut, Novly Wowiling, mewakili Bupati Joune Ganda.
Dalam sambutannya, Novly menegaskan bahwa rotasi jabatan merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekaligus mengoptimalkan pelayanan publik.
“Rotasi ini bagian dari penataan birokrasi berkelanjutan. Jabatan adalah bentuk kepercayaan yang telah dikaji matang. Kami berharap pejabat eselon yang baru dilantik mampu membawa semangat inovasi, akuntabilitas, dan selaras dengan program prioritas pemerintah daerah,” ujar Novly.
Ia menambahkan, para pejabat yang baru dipercaya memegang posisi strategis diharapkan menjadi agen perubahan yang responsif dan memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi kemajuan Minahasa Utara.
