Morut – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah telah menetapkan Pemilihan Suara Ulang (PSU) di tiga TPS di Kabupaten Morowali Utara (Morut) pada hari Senin 19 April 2021. Dan tak ada Pemutakhiran Data.
Hal itu disampaikan pada rapat koordinasi dan evaluasi persiapan penyelenggaraan PSU pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Morut di Rumah Makan Dapur Kita di Kolonodale, Jumat (26/3/2021).
Rakor tersebut dihadiri tiga komisioner KPU Sulteng masing-masing Syamsul Y Gafur, SH (Divisi Teknis Penyelenggaraan), Sahran Raden S.Ag, SH, MH (Divisi Parmas dan SDM), serta Halimah, S.Ag (Divisi Perencanaan, Data dan Informasi).
Selain itu, turut hadir Ketua KPU Morut Yusri Ibrahim dan para komisioner lainnya, Bawaslu Morut, LO pasangan calon, Kapolres dan undangan lainnya.
Menurut Syamsul Gafur, penetapan PSU pada tanggal 19 April sudah memperhitungkan tenggang waktu sesuai keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yakni paling lambat 30 hari kerja sudah melaksanakan PSU.
Sesuai keputusan MK, PSU tersebut akan dilaksanakan di tiga TPS yakni TPS 01 Peboa, Kecamatan Petasia Timur, TPS 01 Menyoe, Kecamatan Mamosalato, serta TPS Khusus di area PT. ANA (Agro Nusa Abadi).
“Kami sudah hitung, batas 30 hari kerja tersebut sampai 30 April. Tentu kami akan bekerja keras agar PSU ini terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku,” jelas Syamsul.
Mengenai TPS Khusus di PT ANA, Syamsul belum bisa memastikan apakah di lokasi itu nantinya hanya satu atau dua TPS. Semua akan dicermati, diteliti, dihitung jumlah pemilih, agar tidak terjadi kesalahan lagi.
Selanjutnya dijelaskan, pada 25 Maret s/d 9 April penyusunan DPT Khusus PT ANA.
Tanggal 6-12 April pembentukan PPK, PPS, dan KPPS.
Sementara itu, Halimah mengemukakan untuk PSU tidak ada pemutakhiran data. DPT yang digunakan untuk Peboa dan Menyoe tetap menggunakan DPT yang dipakai pada pemilihan 9 Desember lalu.
“Begitu pula dalam penyusunan DPT Khusus di PT ANA, harus karyawan tetap yang tercatat sebelum 9 Desember,” jelasnya.
Sesuai data yang diterima KPU dari PT ANA, jumlah karyawan PT ANA saat ini tercatat 957 orang. Dari jumlah tersebut terdapat 558 pemilih yang ber-KTP Morut.
Menurut Halimah, jumlah 558 karyawan ini masih akan dikurangi lagi dengan yang telah menggunakan hak pilihnya.
“Jadi pemilih di PT ANA pasti akan berkurang dari jumlah 558 karyawan tersebut,” tambahnya. (Johnny)
