Morut-Pasca bentrokan yang terjadi antara oknum warga Desa Bimor Jaya dan oknum warga Keuno, Sabtu (19/07/3025) sekitar pukul 14.30 Wita di perempatan jalan hauling masuk PT GMM di Desa Mohoni Kecamatan Petasia Timur, sehingga mengakibatkan empat orang mengalami luka-luka, dimana salah satunya luka parah dibagian kepala dan harus menjalani operasi.
Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Morut, menetapkan 8 tersangka, yang disampaikan langsung Kasatreskrim diwakili KBO Reskrim Polres Morut, Iptu Theodorus Risupal SH, didampingi Kanittipidkor Iptu M Amarah SSos SH, Aiptu Amran Simanjuntak SH, dan Bripka Fredrik F Jawali SH, di Aula Satreskrim Polres Morut Senin (21/7/2025)malam.
“Sebanyak 7 orang telah dilakukan penahanan, yakni NNL alias Nn (20), YD alias L (21), SDP alias S (24), YL alias A (19), MM alias M (24), AT alias A (40) dan FD (20). Satu orang BYFB alias B tidak dilakukan penahanan, karena masih berusia 17 tahun. Kami juga mengamankan barang bukti (babuk) 10 batu, 3 batang bambu dan 4 potong kayu. Tidak menutup kemungkinan jumlah tersangka akan bertambah, seiiring dilakukannya pengembangan dalam proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan kasus ini, ” ungkap Iptu Theodorus.
Kata dia, seluruh tersangka di jerat dengan Pasal 170 ayat (1), Subsidair Pasal 351 ayat (2) KUHPidana, dengan ancaman hukuman 5 tahun penjara.
“Sementara itu, dua orang lainnya EB dan D yang bersamaan diamankan dengan para pelaku, belum ditemukan bukti permulaan yang cukup. Sehingga untuk saat ini, tidak dilakukan penetapan tersangka maupun penahanan. Namun penyidik akan terus bekerja keras mengumpulkan alat bukti, apabila dikemudian hari ditemukan alat bukti, akan dilakukan tindakan hukum sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. Kami juga menghimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat, agar mempercayakan proses hukum tersebut kepada pihak kepolisian.” tambahnya.
Pada kesempatan itu, KBO Reskrim, mengajak kepada seluruh masyarakat agar tidak mudah terprovokasi oleh isu-isu yang dapat memperkeruh suasana, sehingga mengganggu stabilitas keamanan di bumi tepo asa aroa tercinta. (Hms Polres Morut)
