Minahasa – Kasat Reskrim Polres Minahasa AKP Edy Santoso, S.Sos memimpin langsung rekonstruksi kasus pembunuhan, bertempat di halaman Mako Polres Minahasa, Kamis (12/8/2021).
Rekonstruksi Pembunuhan Lelaki Michael Lantang (ML) 39 tahun warga Desa Kayu Besi, yang dilakukan Tersangka Rendi Rewah ( RR ) 21 Tahun, menghadirkan 12 orang saksi masing masing SP, AM, HR, HR, SO, RL, HL, MM, NP, JP, FP, JL serta barang bukti 3, 2 buah parang dan sebilah pisau badik serta 26 adegan yang diikuti oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Tondano.
Usai rekonstruksi Kapolres Minahasa AKBP. Tommy Bambang Souissa, SIK melalui Kasubag Humas, Iptu. Robin Langi. kepada awak media menyampaikan bahwa rokonstruksi kasus pembunuhan yang terjadi di Desa Kayu Besi Kecamatan Kombi ini guna melengkapi proses sidik yang saat ini sudah dilakukan oleh Unit Satreskrim Polres Minahasa.
“Terjadinya pembunuhan terhadap korban ML 39 tahun diakibatkan minuman keras sehinga terjadinya penganiayaan dan pembunuhan.” Ucap Langi.
Lanjut Langi, bahwa rekonstrusi kasus pembunuhan yang menyebabkan ML meninggal dunia berjalan dengan aman, dan tersangka RR akan dikenakan pasal 338 KUHP subsider 351 ayat 3 KUHP dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 15 tahun penjara. (Ronny)
