Tomohon-Penjabat Sementara (Pjs.) Wali Kota Tomohon, Ir. Fereydy Kaligis, M.A.P., menghadiri dan membuka kegiatan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) bagi Kelompok Kerja Operasional (Pokjanal) Posyandu Kecamatan, Selasa (8/10/2024) di Grand Master Villa, Tomohon.
Acara ini diikuti oleh Pokjanal Posyandu, Puskesmas, Camat, PKK, dan mitra terkait dalam pengelolaan Posyandu Prima dan transformasi layanan primer.
Dalam sambutannya, Kaligis menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kelembagaan Posyandu sejalan dengan perkembangan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. “Posyandu harus terus diperkuat sebagai salah satu pilar utama dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan dasar, terutama untuk mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi,” ujar Kaligis.
Ia juga menyoroti urgensi meninjau kembali kebijakan pembinaan Posyandu, mengingat peraturan yang ada perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi terkini di Kota Tomohon. Kaligis berharap kegiatan ini dapat menyinergikan program dan kegiatan di tingkat kecamatan dan kelurahan, untuk memastikan Posyandu Prima dapat berjalan optimal sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat.
Acara ini turut dihadiri oleh Ketua TP-PKK Kota Tomohon, dr. Deevy Kaligis-Pelealu, M. Biomed., Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Tomohon, dr. Jhon Lumopa, M. Kes., serta Ketua TP-PKK Kecamatan dan Kelurahan se-Kota Tomohon.
Kegiatan Bimtek ini diharapkan mampu memperkuat koordinasi antar pihak untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan di Posyandu, serta mendukung transformasi layanan kesehatan primer di Tomohon. (*)
