Tahuna-Peringati Hari Masamper Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe jatuh pada setiap tanggal 18 Agustus. maka Pemkab Sangihe gelar festival Seni dan Budaya Daerah ( FSBD)dan karnaval budaya. Ini ditandai dengan pemukulan gong oleh Pj. Bupati dr.Rinny Tamuntuan.Jumat (18/8/23).
Dalm laporan Ketua panitia yg disampaikan oleh Asissten Administrasi Umum Sekda Kabupaten Kapulauan Sangihe Dra. Olga Makasidamo sampaikan dalam rangka memperingati dan memeriahkan hari masamper di tahun 2023 ini pesertanya berasal dari tiap OPD, Kecamatan, kelurahan ,instansi vertikal, UPTD dinas Propinsi yang ada di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe.
”Masamper dilaksanakan di Pelabuhan tua Tahuna, parade Perahu hias di teluk Tahuna dengan jumlah Perahu sebanyak 78 unit, menandai hari ulang tahun kemerdekaan RI ke-78 tahun, dan ada lomba masamper, dan musik bambu,” ungkap Makasidamo dalam laporannya.
Dalam sambutannya Pj Bupati Sangihe memberikan apresiasi dan ucapan terima kasih kepada seluruh panitia, Seluruh OPD yang telah bekerja keras dan kepada seluruh peserta dan juga tamu undangan yang hadir sehingga dapat terselenggaranya pegelaran Budaya ini.
”Saya menyampaikan apresiasi yang tinggi dan banyak terima kasih kepada seluruh panitia, seluruh OPD, kepada seluruh peserta dan tamu undangan yang hadir sehingga acara ini dapat terselenggara saat ini,”ucap Tamuntuan. (Yoss)
