Sitaro-Bupati Kepulauan Siau Tagulandang Biaro (Sitaro), Chyntia Ingrid Kalangit, SKM memimpin apel perdana Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pasca libur dan cuti bersama, Hari Raya Nyepi dan Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1447 Hijriah, di Tugu Pala, Kompleks Kantor Bupati Ondong Siau, Senin (30/03/2026).
Apel tersebut diikuti oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang berada di Pulau Siau serta dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah Denny Kondoj, para Asisten Sekda, Staf Ahli Bupati, Kepala OPD, para Kabag, serta para Camat.
Dalam arahannya, Bupati menegaskan pentingnya disiplin ASN, terutama terkait kehadiran. Ia mengingatkan bahwa ASN yang tidak hadir tanpa keterangan akan menjadi catatan dan bahan evaluasi.
“Yang tidak hadir tanpa keterangan menjadi catatan,” tegasnya.
Selain disiplin, Bupati juga menekankan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Ia mengajak seluruh ASN untuk bekerja dengan penuh tanggung jawab serta memberikan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, dan tulus.
Bupati turut menghimbau ASN agar bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial serta aktif mengsosialisasikan program dan kegiatan, capaian pemerintah daerah melalui akun resmi Pemkab Sitaro.
Di tengah kondisi efisiensi anggaran, Bupati juga menegaskan agar seluruh perangkat daerah benar-benar memprioritaskan program dan kegiatan yang menyentuh langsung kepentingan masyarakat.
“Pastikan setiap program yang dijalankan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Apel perdana ini menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat kembali komitmen ASN dalam meningkatkan disiplin, etos kerja, serta pelayanan publik demi kemajuan Kabupaten Sitaro. (**Ighel)
