Bitung- Kasus pengadaan rumpon senilai 1,8 miliar untuk 18 unit, dimana masing-masing seharga 100 juta rupiah untuk masyarakat di 4 kecamatan yakni, Ranowulu, Aertembaga, Lembeh Selatan dan Lembeh Utara, menurut kepala Dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan, Sadat Minabari, pihaknya tidak tahu kelompok penerima.
Saat dihubungi lewat ponsel Selasa, (5/5/2026), Sadat mengatakan, pihaknya hanya sebagai pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan. Mengenai siapa-siapa yang menerima, itu ada di kecamatan dan Kelurahan. “Kami di dinas perikanan hanya sebagai pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan. Memang tim kami pernah turu satu kali memberikan monitoring setelah rumpon itu dilepas. Tapi untuk penerima kami tidak tahu karena bukan dari kami,” jelas Sadat.
Lanjut dikatakannya, untuk kelompok nelayan ada beberapa kategori yakni ada yang ditingkat kelurahan, kecamatan dan di dinas perikanan. “Kelompok yang menerima rumpon itu mungkin terdaftar di Kelurahan atau Kecamatan, bukan di dinas perikanan. Karena memang itu anggarannya di kecamatan, dan kecamatan serta kelurahan yang menyalurkannya,” kata Sadat.
Sementara itu, aktivis anti korups Berti Alan Lumempouw mempertanyakan pengadaan rumpon tersebut. Menurutnya, dengan harga yang sebesar itu sangat tidak masuk logika. Apalagi pemanfaatannya tidak jelas karena yang menerima tidak tahu siapa. “Ini perlu diusut oleh aparat penegak hukum. Anggarannya bersumber dari APBD, tapi kelompok penerima tidak diketahui oleh Dinas Perikanan. Itu aneh namanya. Apalagi dengan anggaran yang sangat besar. Kami minta aparat serius menangani ini.
