Kotamobagu-Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu melalui Sataun Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) terus meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap sejumlah toko di kawasan Segitiga, Jalan S. Parman.
Menyusul putusan pengadilan yang menegaskan pemberantasan peredaran minuman keras (miras) tanpa izin, Selasa, (9/12/2025).
Patroli dan inspeksi rutin dilakukan untuk memastikan tidak ada lagi pelaku usaha yang menjual miras tanpa izin.
Kepala Satpol PP Kotamobagu, Sahaya Mokoginta, S.STP ME, menegaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak akan ragu memberikan sanksi tegas kepada toko yang masih kedapatan menjual miras ilegal.
“Apabila masih ditemukan pelanggaran, maka sanksinya adalah pencabutan izin usaha. Ini dilakukan karena mereka sudah menyalahgunakan peruntukan usaha yang tercantum dalam NIB,” ujarnya.
“Dan perlu diketahui, di wilayah Kotamobagu tidak ada izin yang diberikan oleh Kementerian Perdagangan RI untuk peredaran miras,” tambahnya.
Menurutnya, NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) merupakan identitas resmi pelaku usaha yang memuat jenis serta peruntukan kegiatan usaha.
Jika pelaku usaha melakukan aktivitas di luar ketentuan NIB, termasuk menjual miras tanpa izin, maka hal tersebut dianggap pelanggaran yang dapat berujung pada pencabutan izin usaha.
Pengawasan ketat ini menjadi bentuk komitmen Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu dalam menjaga ketertiban, keamanan, dan kenyamanan masyarakat.
Dengan langkah tegas tersebut, pemerintah berharap kawasan Segitiga terbebas dari peredaran miras ilegal dan tetap menjadi lingkungan usaha yang tertib serta sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku.***
