Gorontalo – Sebuah keberhasilan membanggakan berhasil diraih pemerintah kota gorontalo. Pemerintah pusat dalam hal ini Badan Kepegawaian Nasional (BKN) Regional XI menganugerahkan sebagai pemenang pada penilaian kinerja terbaik dalam ajang BKN Award Nasional Tahun 2021.
Kesusksesan ini diungkapkan Kepala BKPP Kota Gorontalo Ben Idrus disela kegiatan pembinaan ASN yang dihadiri Walikota Gorontalo beserta jajarannya dan diikuti secara virtual para pejabat administrasi dan fungsional di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Gorontalo, Selasa ( 21/09) di Bandhayo Lo Yiladia.
Dijelaskan Ben, keberhasilan kinerja ASN beroleh hasil memuaskan yang dibuktikan terpilihnya Kota Gorontalo sebagai pemenang terbaik.
“Alhamdulillah. Kota Gorontalo terpilih sebagai pemenang Kategori IV Implementasi Penilaian Kinerja Terbaik pada ajang BKN Kantor Regional XI Award Tahun 2021.
Tidak hanya itu, di Kategori VII Komitmen Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Terbaik, pemerintah kota gorontalo masuk 3 (tiga) besar” jelas Ben Idrus.
Ia berharap prestasi yang telah dicapai dapat dipertahankan, olehnya ASN di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Gorontalo terus meningkatkan disiplin kerja, disiplin waktu, berkinerja tinggi, berinovasi, serta memahami nilai-nilai dasar dan tanggung jawab ASN. (***)
