Minsel – Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Minahasa Selatan (Minsel) terus menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam penanganan dan pencegahan Pandemi Covid-19 atau Virus Corona.
Kali ini Pemkab Minsel melalui Dinas Kesehatan, menyediakan rumah singgah untuk pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif Virus Corona.
Bupati Minsel Christiany Eugenia Paruntu melalui Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Minsel, dr. Erwin Schouten kepada wartawan menjelaskan, ketersediaan rumah singgah dikhususkan bagi pasien yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 dengan status orang tanpa gejala (OTG).
“Rumah singgah yang disiapkan memiliki daya tampung sebanyak 5 pasien dan diperuntukkan bagi pasien Covid-19 yang berstatus OTG dan telah dilengkapi berbagai fasilitas yang dibutuhkan, termasuk ketersediaan tenaga medis”, kata Schouten, Senin (7/12/2020).
Di kesempatan terpisah, Bupati Tetty Paruntu (sapaan akrab Bupati Minsel) menghimbau warga agar tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan, sehingga terhindar dari penularan Virus Corona.
“Mari kita berdoa dan menjaga kesehatan bersama-sama agar tidak ada lagi penambahan kasus baru pasien yang terpapar Virus Corona di Kabupaten Minsel,” himbau Tetty. (*/QQ)
