Tomohon,-PDAM Kota Tomohon gencar melakukan perbaikan keluhan masyarakat terkait distribusi air bersih, serta perawatan sumber mata air, (9/10/2024).
Seperti disampaikan Direktur PDAM Tomohon Adrian J Ngenget SE Ak, pihaknya terus memaksimalkan sistim distribusi air bersih dengan menjawab setiap keluhan masyarakat untuk diperbaiki, termasuk perawatan secara continue terhadap sumber mata air.
“Pada prinsipnya, setiap keluhan yang masuk secara resmi akibat adanya gangguan distribusi air bersih, tim teknis senantiasa bergerak cepat melakukan perbaikan,” ujar Ngenget.
Diketahui, keluhan layanan terus bertambah di PDAM Tomohon, diakibatkan banyaknya jaringan distribusi yang sudah cukup lama, hingga perlu perbaikan. (*)
