Nota dinas Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey bernomor : 800.1.11.1/24.5978/SEKR-RO-PEM.OTDA tertanggal 28 agustus 2024 menunjuk kepala dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Darwin Muksin, S.Sos M.M sebagai Plh Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Utara sejak nota dinas diterbitkan.
Kepala Bagian Tata Pemerintahan setda Bolmut Indra Safitri Lauma, S.IP M.M mengungkapkan penunjukkan Plh Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Utara oleh gubernur sulawesi utara Olly Dondokambey berdasarkan surat pengunduran diri Pj Bupati Sirajudin Lasena, SE M.Ec Dev untuk maju pada pesta politik Pilkada serentak tahun 2024.
” Penunjukkan gubernur sulawesi utara Olly Dondokambey kepada kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Daerah Darwin Muksin, S.Sos M.M untuk mengisi kekosongan Pj Bupati Dr. Sirajudin Lasena, SE M.Ec Dev yang telah mengundurkan diri untuk maju sebagai calon bupati pada Pilkada serentak tahun 2024, Ujar Lauma, Rabu (28/08/2024) pukul 19.30 wita.
