Manado–Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Olly Dondokambey menghadiri Penyerahan Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD) Unaudited oleh Pemerintah Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota Se-Sulawesi Utara Tahun Anggaran 2021 kepada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Jumat (18/3/2022).
Turut hadir dalam acara ini Wakil Gubernur Sulut Steven Kandouw, Sekdaprov Sulut Asiano G Kawatu dan Para Bupati/Walikota Se-Sulawesi Utara.
Gubernur Sulawesi Utara Bapak Olly Dondokambey, SE. dalam sambutannya menyampaikan melalui Pemeriksaan Atas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah yang akan diselenggarakan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan diharapkan kualitas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah di pemerintah daerah, baik Provinsi Sulawesi Utara dan seluruh Kabupaten Kota akan mengalami peningkatan.
Sementara itu Kepala BPK Perwakilan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Bapak Karyadi, S.E., M.M., Ak., CA., CFrA., CSFA. menyatakan bahwa Laporan Keuangan merupakan bentuk pertanggungjawaban akuntabilitas pemerintah daerah dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah.
Kepala Perwakilan BPK menambahkan, mengapresiasi upaya pemerintah daerah dalam pelaksanaan Tindak Lanjut Rekomendasi Hasil Pemeriksaan sehingga secara keseluruhan mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan.
Diharapkan pemerintah daerah terus berusaha meningkatkan penyelesaian tindak lanjut rekomendasi hasil pemeriksaan yang akan dilaksanakan oleh BPK perwakilan Sulawesi Utara. (*J.Mo)
