Minsel- Lobi-lobi khusus Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Minahasa Selatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di bidang Kesehatan yang dialami oleh warga dan masyarakat yang kurang mampu, tahap demi tahap mulai teratasi.
Buktinya, usulan Pemerintah Desa dibulan Oktober 2022 melalui aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation (SIKS-NG) yang sudah di verifikasi oleh Pemkab Minsel untuk diajukan ke pemerintah pusat, akhirnya di respon oleh pemerintah pusat dengan cara menambahkan daftar Peserta Bantuan Iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (PBI-JKN) bagi Minahasa Selatan dari 68 ribu menjadi 78 ribu lebih. Demikian dikatakan Bupati Minsel Franky Donny Wongkar, SH diruang kerjanya.
Menurut FDW sapaan akrab Bupati Minsel, di bulan November 2022 ini, Minahasa Selatan mendapat ketambahan 10 ribu peserta dari Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan.
“November ini BPJS Kesehatan dari Pemerintah Pusat telah membebaskan biaya pengobatan bagi 10 ribu warga Minahasa Selatan yang kurang mampu. Bulan September kemarin kuota penerima BPJS Kesehtan di Minsel sekitar 68 ribu. Dan sekarang (November) ada 10 ribu lagi peserta yang baru atau warga Minsel yang mendapat kartu BPJS Kesehatan dari pemerintah pusat,” urai suami tercinta anggota DPRD Minsel Elsye Sumual.
Dia juga mengatakan bahwa, pemkab Minsel sangat-sangat berterima kasih kepada pemerintah yang sudah merespon usulan dari pemerintah daerah. Ketambahan 10 ribu peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Minsel oleh Pemerintah Pusat adalah hadiah khusus bagi warga dan masyarakat Minahasa Selatan di Hari Pahlawan 10 November 2022.
“Ini hadiah istimewa bagi warga atau keluarga yang kurang mampu di Minahasa Selatan tepatnya di Hari Pahlawan 10 November. Oleh karena itu di hari ini juga saya telah menyerahkan secara simbolis di acara peringatan upacara ini,” ucap ayahanda Inri, Rael dan Eldo sambari tetap berjuang agar warga Minahasa Selatan khususnya keluarga yang kurang mampu tetap menjadi Kelompok Penerima Manfaat (KPM) melalui program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT), PKH, BPNT dan BPJS Kesehatan.
