Minut-Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa Utara di bawah kepemimpinan Bupati Joune Ganda dan Wakil Bupati Kevin William Lotulung (JGKWL) mencetak prestasi membanggakan di bidang kesehatan. Menjadi satu-satunya daerah di Sulawesi Utara, bahkan di antara kabupaten dan kota se-Provinsi Sulut, yang mampu merealisasikan 100% penyetoran iuran Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) secara tepat waktu, tepat jumlah, dan tepat akun pada tahun 2024.
Keberhasilan ini diungkap dalam kegiatan Rekonsiliasi Penyetoran Iuran JKN Triwulan I Tahun 2025 dan Rekonsiliasi Perhitungan Kebutuhan Anggaran Iuran JKN Tahun 2025 yang digelar di Hotel Sentra, 28 April 2025, bersama BPJS Kesehatan. Kepala BKAD Minut, Carla Sigarlaki, menyampaikan bahwa capaian ini merupakan buah dari komitmen kuat pemerintah daerah dalam menjamin hak kesehatan masyarakat.
“Minahasa Utara layak menjadi benchmark bagi daerah lain. Kalau Pemkab Minut bisa, mengapa daerah lain tidak?” ujar Kepala Bagian Perencanaan Keuangan dan Pemeriksaan BPJS Kesehatan Manado, Vriessyli Poluan.
Bupati Joune Ganda pun menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan ini bukan sekadar pencapaian administratif, melainkan bukti nyata dari komitmen moral pemerintah untuk menjamin kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“100% realisasi iuran JKN bukan sekadar angka, ini adalah bukti komitmen dan bagian dari tanggung jawab untuk mewujudkan Minahasa Utara yang lebih sehat dan sejahtera,” ujarnya. (T3/*)
